Introduction Paragraph - Everything in the world is changing and it's effecting the environment. Everything is changing for the better, but not for the people that live in horrible spots over the country. While people live in a disabled area, the people that live everywhere else have everything else, think they're better. To me, I think that no one thinks about how lucky they are to have to have, to live where they live and to be where they are. Sometimes I forget that I'm lucky to be able to sit down and realize that I'm lucky to everything, even an education. Education is the most important in life. You need it to become successful in life.
THESIS STATEMENT:Less fortunate kids should be able to get an education, so that they can become successful in the world like everyone else.
Hook: When the people look at my research people I want them to walk away thinking that there is some way we can change the world and help those less fortunate kids get an education.
Main Point 1: Disabilities that affect you.
Main Point 2: We can organize a fundraiser for the kids that don't have an education.
Main Point 3: There are websites that you can go on for help.

Body Paragraphs - The “meat and potatoes” of your essay. This is where you give the foundation of your argument, make your point, convince the reader that your thesis statement is true, action must be taken, change needs to happen, etc.

Body 1-
Main Point 1: Whenever I watch television, I always see these commercials about how you donate money to help little kids in Africa and help them with a better life. It didn't really matter to me because I was only little; I didn't know any better. Now that I barely see those commercials anymore, I feel like there is a way that we can change the world and help those that are less fortunate then us that have nothing at all and are struggling to survive with what they already have.
Support Detail/Evidence 1: Kids all over the world, don't have an education because of where they live.
Detail Explanation: Education in Africa is lacking because of where they are and how the environment is. People with HIV/Aids have the most difficult time learning because of this disability. (http://helpguide.org/topics/adhd.htm)
Support Detail/Evidence 2: The fact that there are a lot of disabilities in the world can affect the way you learn.
Detail Explanation: One type of these disabilities is ADD/ADHD (Attention Deficit Disorder). ADD/ADHD is a disability where you don't have a merely have a problem, but it affects the way you pay attention and learn in school.
Support Detail/Evidence 3: When you have a disability it changes your life slowly.
Detail Explanation: Kids in Africa can get a disability, but can get a sickness because of where live.
Transition Statement: We can help these kids that can't access to get a better education to become successful.

Body 2
Main Point 2: There are many ways in which we can help kids that need an education.
Support Detail/Evidence 1: We can organize fundraisers and collect money to send to the people in Africa.
Detail Explanation: There is this group called the invisible Children. My school, CSI High School For International Studies is having two fundraisers. One of the fundraisers is "Hold the Rope". This activity is where you stand up and hold the rope for as long as you can and the last person that holds the rope wins a prize. There are a lot of different things we can set up and get ideas of what fundraisers we can hold, you just have to think outside the box and think of something fun.
Support Detail/Evidence 2: Thinking of things to raise money for the less fortunate is just one step ahead from planning it out to collecting money.
Detail Explanation: Every school can organize a group and think of all kinds of fun ideas for kids so that they would want to help out.
Support Detail/Evidence 3: Make posters so that everyone can tell that we're trying to help.
Detail Explanation: When kids see posters in school, they think that there's nothing you can do to help. Seeing those kids not knowing what to do, makes me want to jump in front of them and scream "THERE IS SOMETHING WE CAN DO TO HELP!"
Transition Statement: Which makes me lead into my next topic, donation.

Body 3
Main Point 3: There are websites you can go to donate money.
Support Detail/Evidence 1: There is this thing called "One laptop per Child". (http://laptop.org/en/)
Detail Explanation: This Fundraiser is where you donate money so that children can get a laptop to learn what they need to learn.
Support Detail/Evidence 2: These laptops go to kids in Africa, North&South America and more.
Detail Explanation: The reason these countries get these laptops is because they don't the school there doesn't have enough things to help teach the kids with.
Support Detail/Evidence 3: Laptop for kids is the best way to help kids in Africa and other countries that need help to get education.
Detail Explanation: Children that don't have anything to learn with, we can donate $200.00 and give a child a laptop so that he/she can get the education that they need.
Transition Statement: Overall, these are the most important thing you can do to help the less fortunate kids get the education they need.
